If you ordered an iOS-compatible tag, you can pair it with Apple's Find My app. This app is pre-installed on your iPhone.
No, our tracker does not support live tracking functionality. We deliberately chose to develop an affordable tracker with no monthly fees, meaning no SIM card or subscription is required. While our tracker receives the last known location of other devices, there is a slight delay in receiving this location data. While this doesn't enable live tracking, you can still track your tag's location.

The tracker must first be unpaired from that app before you can use it in the new Narvie app (MTRAG) .

1. Open the FindMyTag app and remove (unlink) the tracker from your account.
2. Then delete the old app from your phone.
3. Download the new Narvie app "Mytag" from the App Store or Google Play.
4. Reconnect the tracker to your account.
